NLB mKlik is a mobile application designed for individual clients of NLB Bank, enabling them to view various products they hold with the bank and to carry out different types of transactions in a simple and secure way at any time of the day. The NLB mKlik application is compatible with Android version 5.0 or later.

• View the balance and transaction history of all accounts, deposits, card, and credit products.
• Ability to make non-cash payments from denar payment transactions (PP30/PP50/PP53), foreign currency payments, payment of utility bill templates, internal transfers to term deposits, fast payments for obligations to the Bank for credit cards and credits, currency conversion, etc.
• Foreign exchange inflow schedule.
• Automatic opening of a new currency in a transaction account in a currency the user doesn’t have based on a foreign currency payment or foreign exchange inflow schedule.
• Option to create a new account by transferring from an existing one (Swipe option).
• Ability for quick payments on PP30 accounts based on selecting a contact from the phone book associated with a transaction account at the Bank.
• Capability to send a request to share an account with a user whose contact phone number is in the mobile phone book.
• Select transaction limit groups according to user needs.
• Receive various notifications from the Bank (inflows and outflows from transaction accounts, foreign currency inflows, card transactions) and adjust them as desired by the user.
• Export accounts and forms in PDF format and share them through various channels available on the mobile device.
• Enhanced security during login and payments with additional PIN or fingerprint authentication for domestic PP30 and PP50 transactions and foreign exchange accounts.
• Ability to schedule one or more credit card installments.
• Update personal data at the Bank in accordance with legal updating obligations.
• Operate the application from multiple mobile devices.
• Interactive locator of Branches/ATMs.
• Set limits for card spending on Internet, ATMs/ATM, and Point of Sale terminals.
• View exchange rates.
• Contact the bank via phone or email.

• Open a Transaction account at the Bank.

To use the mKlik application, you need to select Login on mKlik on the initial screen and then choose one of the options offered depending on whether you are a user of NLB Klik electronic banking at NLB Bank. Depending on the selected option, you fill in the appropriate information. If you do not have an appropriate user package, you need to select one that defines the privileges of the application (view or payment) according to your needs. In the next step, you will receive an SMS message with an activation code for activating the application and a screen to create a personal PIN that will be used to log in to the application.

Security features of NLB mKlik application:

1. The application is protected from copying and installing on other phones.
2. The application automatically closes after several minutes of inactivity.
3. The application locks automatically after entering three incorrect m-PIN codes.
4. User account data and m-PIN code are not stored on the mobile device.
